What You’ll Do:

🟣 Work with design teams on all aspects of a project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans

🟣 Prepare landscape and hardscape plans from concept development through construction documents

🟣 Support site/civil development, including grading design

🟣 Conduct code research, write specifications, and coordinate permitting as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture

✅ 2+ years of relevant experience in landscape architecture; relevant internship(s) preferred

✅ Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills

✅ Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office preferred
