We're looking for an exceptional Lady in Blue to become the heart of the guest experience and the face of our hospitality. As our Resort Ambassador, you will bring the JA spirit to life through every interaction, delivering authentic service, anticipating guest needs, and creating lasting memories from arrival to departure.

Your Role

You will be the first smile that welcomes guests, the trusted point of contact throughout their stay, and the lasting impression they take home with them.Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.

• Provide personalized information about the resort's facilities, services, events, and local attractions.

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance throughout their stay.

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Escort VIP guests and support special arrivals, departures, and events as required.

• Maintain an excellent knowledge of resort offerings and promote services where appropriate.

• Handle guest feedback with care and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

• Uphold JA Resorts & Hotels service standards and our culture ofGiving Our All in every guest interaction.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Guest Relations Manager.

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality

· Experience within a 5-star hotel or resort environment

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

· A genuine passion for service excellence

· Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

· A warm, confident, and engaging personality
