Must be on site in california on a hyrbid model - 50% on site, 50% remote- the onsite location is in Thousand Oaks CA
MUST HAVES:
Proven hands on experience configuring LabWare LIMS (LabWare 7 or 8 strongly preferred).
Strong experience with Labware within GMP laboratory operations, particularly:
• Raw materials testing
• Commercial product testing
• Laboratory equipment workflows
Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory and quality requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
Summary
Seeking an experiencedLabWare LIMS Configuration Specialist to support aLabWare 8 implementation in a GMP laboratory environment. The role will focus on configuration ofraw material, commercial product, stability, and instrument integration workflows, along with support for validation activities.
Responsibilities
· ConfigureLabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates.
· Support implementation ofraw material, commercial product, and stability workflows.
· Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces.
· Translate business, laboratory, and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
· Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
· Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
· Work with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support successful deployment and operation of LabWare.
Required Qualifications
· Hands-on experience configuringLabWare LIMS (LabWare 7 or 8).
· Experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environments.
· Experience with one or more of the following:
o Raw material testing
o Commercial product testing
o Stability programs
o Laboratory equipment integration
· Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing activities.
· Experience with laboratory systems such asLabX,Empower, or similar platforms.
· Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting LabWare8 upgrades or LIMS implementations..
· Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
· Familiarity with GMP change control and validation processes.
Success Measures
· Timely completion of LabWare 8 configurations.
· Successful support of validation and testing activities.
· Stable execution of configured workflows in the laboratory environment.
· Successful integration of laboratory instruments and systems.
