Title: LabWare 8 LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist Location: Thousand Oaks , CA - ONSITE

I amseeking an experienced LabWare 8 LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support the LabWare 8 upgrade for a US‐based GMP laboratory site in CA. This role will lead a dedicated workstream focused on implementing raw material and commercial product workflows, completing master data configuration, and finalizing integration with laboratory equipment and enterprise GMP systems.
·Strong hands-on experience with LabWare 8 configuration or technical development
·Experience in configuring Raw Material Workflows in Labware or Instrument/Equipment integration (Empower/LabX to Labware) preferred
·Experience with previous LabWare versions is not acceptable, as they differ from LabWare 8
·Not seeking candidates whose experience is limited to Business Analyst, Project Management, Administration, or Support roles

Requirements for the role:
·MUST HAVE hands‐on experience configuring LabWare 8 LIMS
·Completed on time LabWare LIMS configurations for raw materials, commercial products, and equipment integration.
·Strong experience with Labware within GMP laboratory operations, particularly Raw materials testing, Commercial product testing and Laboratory equipment workflows
·Demonstrated ability to translate regulatory and quality requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
·Experience supporting LIMS validation with full requirements‐to‐configuration‐to‐validation traceability.
·Experience integrating LabWare with Instrument systems (e.g., Empower, LabX)
·Experience executing stable & compliant configured workflows in operations.
·Experience working in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical GMP environments preferred.
·Strong cross‐functional communication skills in regulated environments
·Experience supporting inspection readiness activities related to LIMS.
