The Opportunity 

​The Lead Analyst - Security Administration is a senior-level technical role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This positionis responsible for performing and coordinating complex provisioning and de-provisioning tasks, managing access controls across Active Directory domains, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The Lead Analyst serves as an escalation point for junior analysts and plays a key role inmaintaining secure and efficient access management operations.​This isan​​individualcontributor​role. 

This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines. Primary shift: [7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT] with flexibility.Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing.Our team has occasional on-call support. ​​ ​ 

Responsibilities: 

• ​​Provisioning & De-Provisioning Access: Executing and overseeing manual provisioning/de-provisioning for applications and AD domains 

• ​​Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalations Administration: Acting as an escalation point for junior analysts, resolving complex access and security administration issues​  

• ​​Process Improvement & Documentation: Recommending and implementing improvements to manual processes and update SOPs 

• ​​Collaboration with IAM Leadership: Supporting IAM leadership in audits, compliance reviews, and governance efforts 

• ​​Training & Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior team members, share best practices, andassist with onboarding 

Requirements: 

• ​​ABachelor’sDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred; Equivalent work experience may be considered 

• ​​4-6+ years in Security Administration, IAM, or related roles 

• ​Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & online), and manual access provisioning 

• ​​Proficiency with AD, Exchange, and identity lifecycle management 

• ​Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred  

• ​Experience in access governance and security compliance 

• ​Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
