Our client, awell-established Downtown Montreal law firm, is seeking to add aself-sufficient lawyer with 3 to 7 years of experience in labour and employment law to support thecontinued growth of its practice.

The firm is looking for abright, engaged, and business-minded lawyer who wishes to develop professionally in anenvironment where legal excellence goes hand in hand with collaboration and respect. If youenjoy advocacy, deepening your expertise, taking initiative, and working in a collegial and supportive professional setting, this opportunity may be an excellent fit.

You will have theopportunity to appear before tribunals and work on a wide range of labour and employment law matters, providing both strategic advice and advocacy services. You will work directly with asophisticated clientele and beinvolved in high-value, impactful mandates.

What You Will Do

• Advise clients onall aspects of labour and employment law, including labour relations, grievances, arbitration proceedings, CNESST matters, and related issues;

• Draft legal opinions, employment agreements, policies, and other strategic documents;

• Manage files involving labour relations, disciplinary measures, workplace investigations, and terminations;

• Represent clients before administrative tribunals and courts.

Profile Sought

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in labour and employment law;

• Strong interest in a broad client-focused labour and employment practice;

• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
