About the Role
In this role, you will be a key player in managing a diverse array of employment and labour law matters. You will lead complex litigation cases including wrongful dismissal and human rights claims, amongst others. Your role will require you to actively participate in court proceedings, handle workplace investigations, and directly engage with clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior partners on groundbreaking cases while developing your thought leadership through media and public speaking engagements.

What You Bring
- A minimum of 4 years of legal experience focusing on employment and/or labour law.
- A proven track record in managing complex litigation files independently.
- Strong advocacy skills, with experience in courtroom appearances, mediation, and drafting legal documentation.
- Effective communication skills and a client-service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
