We’re seeking an experienced contract Laboratory Supervisor to provide interim leadership support for Northern Region laboratory operations during a period of leadership transition. The main campus will be Madras. This individual will support day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance activities, staffing oversight, quality initiatives, competency management, and accreditation readiness while serving as a resource for frontline caregivers and laboratory leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical laboratory experience, previous supervisory or management experience, Epic Beaker proficiency, and the ability to work on the bench as operational needs require.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related laboratory science field.
•ASCP certification as MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP)
•Minimum three (2) years of experience as a laboratory generalist
•Minimum one (1) year of laboratory leadership experience as a supervisor, lead, coordinator, or manager.
Preferred Qualifications
•Epic Beaker experience strongly preferred.
