Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Lab Technical Staff professional to support equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, asset management, and testbed operations. The ideal candidate will work as part of a globally distributed technical team and ensure smooth day-to-day lab operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment moves, installation, and setup.
• Handle troubleshooting and break/fix tasks.
• Support equipment decommissioning and disposal.
• Perform maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor lab equipment and provide reporting.
• Manage inventory and IT assets, including tagging and receiving.
• Respond to emergency support requirements.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Provide basic testbed support.
• Collaborate effectively with teams across the globe.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in lab technical support, IT infrastructure, system administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware and lab environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Milpitas, CA.
• Must successfully clear the required background verification before starting.
