Technical Skills
  • Strong experience in:
    • Enterprise networking (L2/L3 switching & routing)
    • Network troubleshooting and incident resolution
  • Knowledge of:
    • SDN concepts and Cisco SD-Access
    • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF – preferred)
    • Network security and firewall technologies
    • Wireless networking (Aruba preferred)
Platform Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Cisco SD-Access and Catalyst Center
    • Cisco Client
    • Fortinet stack (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
    • Data center networking (VXLAN/EVPN exposure preferred)
Additional Skills
  • Basic scripting/automation (Python or similar – preferred)
  • Understanding of cloud networking concepts (AWS/Azure – preferred)
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
