We are seeking a talented individual to join ourMercerWellteam,part of our People and Investmentsbusiness at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco or Atlanta. This is a hybridrole that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
MercerWell, a specialty practice withinMarsh's Health & Benefits Practice, works with employer-based clients to address the health of their employees - including strategies to improve quality and access to care, program delivery of population health management, and organizational change management supporting employee engagement.
TheMercerWell suite of products provides comprehensive solutions to meet the most critical needs of our clients' populations - delivering support for the full spectrum of care, from prevention and lifestylesupport to complex clinical management. Products includethe Health Transformation Collaborative, Mercer Health Advantage, Stop Loss Clinical Oversight, andMercerVIP.Â
We will count on you to:
- Utilize industry-leading tools in the development and execution of client projects, including wellbeing benchmarking, health vendor comparisons, and survey dataÂ
- Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs) to select carriers or vendors on behalf of clientsÂ
- Collaborate with senior consultants to assess client needs and develop effective implementation strategiesÂ
- Engage with a diverse range of vendors and partners to support clients' health and benefits strategiesÂ
- SupportMercerWell subject matter experts in content development and the delivery of innovative solutionsÂ
- Collectand analyze data to summarize information for impactful client presentationsÂ
What you need to have:
- Significant courseworkor a desire to work in health consultingÂ
- Project management experience, excellent organizationalskills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, and strong attention to detailÂ
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the futureÂ
- Progress toward amaster's degree with an expected graduation year of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028

The applicable hourly rate for this role in New York and San Francisco is $40.Â
