Lead Estimator

Title:

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• Minimum (10 to 20) years' experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.
• Lead the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages.Prepare and manage estimate plans.Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.
• Prepare and review cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).
• Lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC Estimate.
• Review, validate and present cost estimate reports to management and clients.Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage).Familiarization with SAEP-25.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to estimators and ensure estimating best practices are followed.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
