YourJourney 

• Trainnew staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste. 

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional andtimely manner, ensuringhigh levels of customer satisfaction. 

• Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties 

• Assistthe Department Manager in the development,implementation and maintenance of service standards 

• Ensure food and beverages are being served in a professional andtimelymanner 

• Monitor set up and maintenance of department to ensure all side work iscomplete 

• Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience 

• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments 

• Performadditional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
