  • Maintain project cash flow forecasts, commitment registers and capital call forecasts for assigned projects and programmes
  • Partner with Development and Delivery teams to establish and maintain project budgets within approved work breakdown structures and governance requirements
  • Investigate coding, accrual and commitment-related issues and support resolution and root-cause remediation activities
  • Identify and monitor cost, schedule and scope risks in conjunction with Project Controls and Delivery teams
  • Support regional capital development programmes through the establishment and maintenance of robust capital controls, forecasting and reporting processes in partnership with Project Controls and Portfolio Management
  • Act as a liaison to Accounting for month-end close, audits and policy alignment
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives relating to forecasting, reporting, data quality, controls and capital governance processes
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects, including scenario modelling, contract/vendor analysis and portfolio roll-ups
