Not enough detail in this posting to match

At CI, we see a great place to work as one that is a safe place for everyone to have a voice, where people are empowered to take ownership over meaningful work, where there is an opportunity to grow through stretching themselves, where they can work on innovative products and projects, and where employees are supported and engaged in doing so.

Are you ready to be part of something new and exciting?

We're building an innovative National Accounts team that is redefining how advisors are onboarded and supported across the country, and we're looking for a dynamic New Business Coordinator to join us.

This newly created role is an opportunity to play a key part in shaping the advisor onboarding experience and contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing team. As our business evolves, success in this role will require someone who is comfortable navigating change, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and bringing structure to an environment that is continually growing and maturing.

You'll take ownership of the onboarding journey, ensuring every step, from registration and code creation to asset transfers, communication, and system setup, is handled with precision and care. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, embraces ambiguity, and has the confidence and initiative to make the role their own while helping shape future processes and best practices.

As a key member of the National Accounts team, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and advisors to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that reflects our commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and partnership.

If this resonates, we'd love to have you on the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinate all phases of advisor onboarding and transition, ensuring timelines and service standards are met.
  • Facilitate registration, licensing, and code creation while ensuring accurate setup in business systems.
  • Oversee asset and account transfers, tracking progress and verifying data accuracy.
  • Communicate proactively with advisors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to provide updates and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and tracking in workflow and CRM systems.
  • Identify and escalate potential bottlenecks, applying problem-solving skills to maintain service flow.
  • Support system access setup, permissions, and testing.
  • Assist in reporting, data maintenance, and administrative support for National Accounts initiatives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of operational processes as the team continues to grow and evolve.
  • Assist with other operational tasks and priorities as business needs require.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, shifting priorities, and evolving processes.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in an operations, administration, onboarding, or client service capacity.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and exercising sound judgment with limited direction.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills with a strong client service mindset.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of accountability, ownership, and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn new processes, and navigate evolving priorities within a growing business environment.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, create structure, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Experience supporting advisor transitions, onboarding, or new account setup processes.
  • Knowledge of asset transfer processes and financial services systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and workflow management tools.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a role that continues to evolve alongside the business.
