Your Day-to-Day

Responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting qualified Mandarin teachers who meet the program’s language proficiency and teaching standards.

• Responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting qualified Mandarin teachers who meet the program’s language proficiency and teaching standards.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate Mandarin proficiency tests, teaching demonstrations, and user interviews.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline to support teacher demand across locations.
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Operations, and HR teams to ensure recruitment standards and timelines are met.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Mandarin Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably for teachers or education-related roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
