Assistant Coach Women's Volleyball PT

Position Accountabilities

• Serve in a support roleto theHead Coach 

• Assistance with all phases of the program (varsity and reserve) including coaching, recruiting,coordinating and organizing practices, scheduling, monitoring academics, weightroom, player skill development, andskill evaluation 

• Additional duties may include gameday administration, fundraising, game-related activities, and camps/clinics. 

• Musthave the ability to achieve certification to transport students to team athletic events. 

• Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach& Director of Athletics. 

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degreepreferred  

• College coaching and recruiting experience preferred.  

• Demonstrated successful experience in playing and/or coaching at collegiate, university, or professional level. 

• Knowledge of NAIA andHeart of AmericaAthletic Conferencerules and regulations. 

• A proven record of integrity, highprinciples anddemonstrated skill in developing and motivatingstudent athletes academically and athletically. 

• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. 

• ValidDriver's license 

• Candidate must pass a pre-employment background investigation to be hired for this position.
