Job Summary:
Seeking aproficient Robotic Welding Technician with strong hands-on expertise inKUKA robotic welding systems and Fronius MIG/MAG welding equipment. The candidate should be able to independently support robotic welding operations, programming, troubleshooting, and process optimization in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, program, teach, and troubleshootKUKA welding robots.
• Set up and optimizeFronius MIG/MAG welding systems.
• Perform weld-path programming and welding parameter adjustments.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding cells and resolve robot/welding issues.
• Maintain weld quality, equipment performance, and production efficiency.

Required Skill Set:

• Proficiency with KUKA robots
• Proficiency with Fronius welding systems
• MIG/MAG (GMAW) robotic welding
• Robot teaching/programming and troubleshooting
• Robotic welding cell operation and optimization
• Automotive/manufacturing environment experience preferred
