People Experience Associate

The People Experience Associate provides day-to-day People Operations support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll inputs, case management and Learning Management System administration.

As part of the Global People Shared Services team, this role will also supportprocess improvement and automation, identifying opportunities to simplify manual work and build simple workflows using low-code tools such as Power Automate.

The role will work closely with People Experience Operations, Workday Specialist, People Systems Support and Automation teams on more complex workflow and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, employment changes and documentation.
• Resolve employee and manager enquiries through the case management system and escalate complex matters when required.
• Maintain accurate employee data, payroll inputs and transactions in Workday.
• Support reporting, data audits, document control and compliance requirements.
• Administer Learning Management System activities, including learning assignments, content maintenance, reporting and training support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate manual People Operations processes.
• Build and maintain simple workflows, notifications and approvals usingPower Automate or other approved low-code tools.
• Support business requirements, testing and implementation of larger Workday or cross-system workflow improvements.
• Partner with technical and automation teams on opportunities involving enterprise automation, RPA or AI solutions.
• Support People Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience 

Required

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, People Shared Services, or a similar role.
• Experience usingWorkday or another HR system.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Interest in process improvement, digital tools and automation.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn,Power Automate or similar low-code tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Technology, Data/AI, or a related field.
• Experience in a multinational or Shared Services environment.
• Experience withPower Automate, Power Platform, Workday workflows or case management systems.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or another Learning Management System.
• Exposure to process mapping, User Acceptance Testing or automation projects.
• Exposure toRPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere, AI copilots or AI agents would be an added advantage.
