[仕事内容]

EH&S（安全衛生および環境）のマネージャー（またはリーダー）として、北海道地域におけるEH&Sコンプライアンス関連の取り組みを推進するため、戦略的リーダーシップを担う。

主にフィールドオペレーション部門（工事、保守等）と連携し、作業現場における危険要因の特定・予測・評価を実施するとともに、会社のEH&S方針およびEH&Sマネジメントシステムの浸透・運用を推進する。

また、法令遵守を確保し、労働災害や車両事故等に伴う損失の影響を低減する責任を負う。

これらの取り組みを通じて、組織内におけるEH&Sの重要性の浸透およびOtisの安全文化の向上を図る。

[主な対応例]

- EH&S（安全衛生および環境）目標の達成および継続的改善に向けた施策を推進し、戦略的リーダーシップを発揮する。

-フィールドオペレーション部門（工事・保守等）と連携し、現場における安全パトロールや安全監査を実施するとともに、作業者およびラインマネジメントへの安全指導・教育訓練を行う。

- EH&Sに関する法令および社内規程の遵守を確保するため、必要な手順の整備・運用および監督・指導を行う。

- 労働災害等が発生した際の調査を主導し、原因分析、是正および再発防止策の立案・実施を推進するとともに、必要に応じて行政対応を行う。

- 支店における安全衛生委員会の運営、年次安全大会の開催などを通じて、安全文化の浸透を図る。

- EH&Sパフォーマンスの管理として、安全関連指標の集計・分析、各種文書および教育訓練記録の管理を行う。

- 安全衛生委員会等のマネジメントレビューへの参画等を通じて、支店運営におけるEH&Sパフォーマンスおよび責任の統合を推進する。

- 産業廃棄物管理、衛生管理（健康診断等）、車両管理など、関連する管理業務を適切に統括する。

応募資格

必須：

- EH&S（安全衛生および環境）に関する実務経験（2年以上）

- 建設・設備分野における技術職としての現場経験および関連知識

-リーダーシップ、対人関係能力、戦略的思考力・計画力、および協働力

- 優れた口頭および文書によるコミュニケーション能力

-フィールドオペレーション環境における就業能力（複数階の昇降、建設現場での移動、遠隔地での業務対応を含む）

- PCスキル（Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Word）

- 普通自動車免許

歓迎経験・スキル:

- 昇降機分野におけるフィールド環境でのEH&S経験があれば尚可

- 昇降機分野の経験があれば尚可

- 安全管理者

- 衛生管理者 一種

- マネジメントシステムの運用・推進に関する知識および実務経験

- ISO45001 / 14001 / 9001 の内部監査員の経験があれば尚可

- 英語 (TOEIC 500~）
