GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a member of the TWDC APAC Total Rewards team, this role supports the development and coordination of a range of total rewards programs across multiple countries in the region. The role helps ensure alignment with global strategies while adapting solutions to local market needs. It contributes to attracting, motivating, and retaining talent through competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Collect and maintain compensation information, including market practices and government regulations, and provide analysis based on current local market data.

·    Participate in salary and benefits surveys and conduct market benchmarking analyses to support competitive pay practices.

·    Maintain and support HR system processes, including Workday, by partnering closely with Global HR Operations and Payroll to help ensure data accuracy and integrity.

·    Ensure appropriate documentation and controls are in place to support audit and compliance requirements.

·    Support offer approvals with the Talent Connection team and off-cycle salary adjustment approvals with HRBPs to promote market competitiveness and internal equity.

·    Provide input and contribute proactively to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

·    Collaborate with regional Total Rewards teams on additional projects as assigned.

·    Support compensation planning activities, including annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning.

·    Prepare HR statistical summaries, analyses, and reports.

·    Lead or support change management initiatives related to compensation and benefits, as appropriate to the appointed level.

·    Support communication strategies that educate employees and managers about total rewards programs.

·    Take ownership of key deliverables and projects, with the scope of ownership aligned to the appointed level.

·    Develop and take ownership of well-being initiatives, including local activities for the annual Well-Being Week or Month.

·    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
