Kronos Functional Consultant – Workforce Management (WFM)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilledKronos Functional Consultant – Workforce Management (WFM) to join our HR Technology team. You will play a key role in driving the optimization, configuration, and integration ofUKG/Kronos WFM solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Operations, HR, Payroll) togather and translate WFM requirements into scalable Kronos configurations.
• Leadfunctional design, configuration, and testing of Pay rules, accrual profiles, schedules, employment terms etc.
• Provideproduction support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors where necessary.
• Conductsystem testing and UAT coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Document functional requirements, test cases, and configuration change logs in line with governance protocols.
• Monitor Kronos system performance and recommend improvements to drive user experience and process efficiency.

Skills & Experience
Required:
• 8+ years of experience as aKronos (UKG) Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on timekeeping module.
• Deep understanding oftimekeeping, Accrual, scheduling and pay rules in Kronos Dimensions.
• Experience with theKronos Activity Module and its use in labor tracking, cost allocation, or project time reporting.

• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliverhands-on configuration solutions.
• Experience inend-to-end testing, troubleshooting in Kronos.
• Strong understanding ofHR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance.

Highly Beneficial:
• Familiarity with theKronos Business Process Modelsand how to use them via attestations.

• Experience working with UKG WFMAnalytics within Kronos.

• Exposure to complex, multi-site or unionized US environments with varying award/enterprise agreement interpretations.
