5. Explain the policy features keeping in mind the customers’ requirements & goals, thus expect specialist advisory portfolio for the client.
   1. Become a communication medium between the co. & the client to analyse requirement & suggest changes if any.   
6. Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
7. Manage policy renewals thus ensuring renewal earning.
8. Maintain digital and paper records
9. Help policyholders settle claims
10. Use digital platforms to increase base leads
