ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSÂ
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activitiesÂ
- Lead, schedule, and manage field crews and subcontractorsÂ
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budgetÂ
- Interpret and enforce electrical drawings, specifications, andcodes (NEC)Â
- Maintainhigh standards of safety and enforce company safety policiesÂ
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other tradesÂ
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checksÂ
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-siteÂ
- Track progress and provide regular updates/reportsÂ
- Troubleshoot field issues and resolve conflicts efficientlyÂ
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsÂ

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONSÂ
- Working knowledge of field construction including systems, practices, general engineeringprincipals and construction techniques, materials,methods and sequencingÂ
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, multi-tasking,communication and conflict management skillsÂ
- Computer knowledge in sending emails, daily reports, construction look-ahead schedules,iPad and Procore useÂ
- Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systemsÂ
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsÂ
- Proven leadership and crew management experienceÂ
EDUCATION +Â EXPERIENCEÂ
- Master Electrician license (or ability to obtain in multiple states)required Â
- Journeyman Electrical LicenseÂ
- 30-hour OSHA certification training is preferredÂ
- Experience managing multi-site or large-scale projects preferred Â
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (80–100%)Â
PHYSICAL DEMANDSÂ
- Regular use of hands to finger, handle or feelÂ
- Reach with hands and armsÂ
- Stand, walk,climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlÂ
- Talk or hear with others on jobsite and via phone/computer communicationsÂ

WORK ENVIRONMENTÂ
The Superintendent willbe at the worksite at all times whenever work or testing is being performed. The worksite environment is constantly changing and may include:Â
- Wet and/or humid conditionsÂ
- Moving mechanical partsÂ
- High, precarious placesÂ
- Risk of electrical shockÂ
- Outside weather conditions, such as extreme heat and extreme coldÂ
- Moderate to loud noise levelsÂ

Compensation range may vary based on local prevailing wage or other factors.
