Job Description:

We are seeking an experiencedKogito Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade business automation and workflow solutions using the Kogito platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BPMN workflows, decision management, Java microservices, and cloud-native architectures, along with leadership experience managing development teams and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of business process automation solutions using Kogito, BPMN, DMN, and Drools.
Architect scalable microservices-based workflow solutions using Java, Quarkus, or Spring Boot.
Develop and maintain business workflows, human tasks, event-driven processes, and asynchronous orchestration.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions.
Guide development teams on coding standards, architecture best practices, and CI/CD implementation.
Integrate workflow solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs, Kafka, messaging platforms, and external services.
Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Troubleshoot workflow, performance, and integration issues in production environments.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.

Maintain technical documentation including BPMN diagrams, architecture documents, API specifications, and deployment guides.
