AtJA Hatta Fort Hotel, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-focusedKitchen Clerk to be the backbone of our culinary operations. If you thrive on coordination, accuracy, and keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes, this could be your next opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate receiving, administration, and HACCP documentation within the kitchen department

• Monitor stock levels and support effective ordering based on business requirements

• Ensure proper stock rotation, storage, and cleanliness across all kitchen facilities

• Conduct and record daily temperature checks for fridges and storage areas

• Verify incoming deliveries and ensure products meet quality standards

• Coordinate the return and replacement of goods that do not meet required specifications

• Raise purchase requests and follow up with the Purchasing Department

• Support product sample coordination and presentations for the Executive Chef

• Maintain strong communication with F&B teams and other departments while ensuring compliance with company, HACCP, and municipality standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or kitchen coordination role

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Valid Health Card Certificate

• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
