Kidventure After School Customer Service Representative

As a CSR, your position is so important. You are stationed curbside for quick and efficient pick-up for our families while carrying the Kidventure torch of excellence. You will be engaging with the parents and students while building positive relationships with them through conversation, smiles, and holding the kids to the same high expectations we hold ourselves to. We are about creating the ultimate environment where kids can just be kids, and we need great counselors to do that.

Responsibilities include: 

• Providing excellent customer service to families at the after-school locations through customer relationship-building
• Check students in & out of the after-school program using the company's registration system (Active, Check In/Out Platform)
• Liaison between the office and site regarding additional customer needs, registration of new students, etc. 
• Familiarity with the site's extracurricular activities that would run along Kidventure After School

Qualifications

• 18 or older
• Love working with people
• Happy to stand curbside during shift
• Passion to serve our After School communities
• Servant Leader ability 
• Quick learner and problem solver
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Must feel comfortable communicating with parents and site contacts
• Must have reliable transportation 
• Available Monday through Friday during the school year - 15 to 20 hours per week
