Kia of Frisco is looking for experiencedKia Certified Automotive Technicians to join our growing Service Team. If you've invested in your Kia training and certifications, bring that experience to a busy dealership where you'll have the tools, training, and support to continue growing your career.

Sign-On Bonus

• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on training and experience.
• Bonus amount determined based on technician training, certifications, and experience
• 50% of the agreed-upon sign-on bonus paid on the first pay period after reaching60 days of employment
• Remaining50% paid on the first pay period after reaching120 days of employment

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and drivability diagnostics
• Complete maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Utilize Kia diagnostic tools, service information, and repair procedures
• Accurately document inspections and completed repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Deliver quality repairs efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience
• Kia dealership technician experience
• Kia manufacturer training and certifications
• Strong electrical, diagnostic, drivability, and mechanical skills
• ASE Certifications
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Personal technician tools
