Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Keyfactor Command and enterprise PKI solutions, including certificate lifecycle management and crypto-agility initiatives.
- Manage certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, discovery, monitoring, and automation across enterprise environments.
- Integrate Keyfactor with PKI, HSMs, cloud platforms, IAM solutions, ITSM tools, and DevOps pipelines.
- Provide L2 operational support, troubleshooting, platform upgrades, root cause analysis, and compliance reporting.
- Drive certificate automation, crypto inventory management, and PKI modernization initiatives to improve security and operational efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Keyfactor Command, PKI, Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), and enterprise certificate operations.
- Strong understanding of PKI architecture, Microsoft ADCS, certificate enrollment, revocation, and CA hierarchy design.
- Experience with certificate discovery, automation, policy management, and lifecycle governance.
- Knowledge of cryptography, TLS/SSL certificates, key management, HSMs, and security best practices.
- Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, and integrations with cloud, ITSM, and monitoring platforms.
