Key Account Specialist

The On Premise Key Account Specialist is a member of the On Premise team, responsible for information management and client’s development. The main objective of the role is to plan and analyze the main On Premise KPIs, so that the field team has the correct direction and, as a result, On Premise Mexico reaches the #1 level.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT 

• Development of goals and management (monitoring + analysis + action plan) of the results of the main On Premise indicators (volume and execution) 

BUDGET MANAGEMENT 

• Department budget management, including planning and partial results monitoring 

DP AND KEY ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT 

• Active participation in On Premise development process. 
• Active participation in Key Acount new clients. 

GLOBAL REPORTS 

• Leads the reporting process for Latam and Global teams 

REGIONAL INFLUENCE 

• Orientates regional teams, leading deliveries and ensuring information quality

• Field experience in consumer goods companies working with distributors/indirect channel; 
• Hands on profile, planning, love for details, systemic vision, sense of urgency, ability to scale and take risks, logical thinking, leadership, criticality and dynamism. 
• Office Package domain, especially Excel and Power Point.
• Advanced English.
