The Key Account Product Development Intern will serve as a key support to our sample workflow, working directly within the product development cycle for our most important customer accounts. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn product lifecycle management, international supply chain communication, and customer presentation development in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.Â
This position is expected to start in January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring 2027 term (through April 2027). Our internships are 12 weeks and on-site in Austin, TX.   Â
In This RoleÂ
- Manage end-to-end swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to and from major retail customers and overseas officesÂ
- Maintain accurate tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials to ensure deadlines are metÂ
- Maintain the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, and conduct periodic audits to ensure efficiencyÂ
- Proactively pull required swatches from inventory ahead of internal and client design reviews, and assist with room resets following meetingsÂ
- Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPointÂ
- Maintain accurate tracking logs for warehouse samples and assist with sample pull requests and review coordinationÂ
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualificationsÂ

The Ideal PersonÂ
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related fieldÂ
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detailÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to learn proprietary presentation software (Portfolio)Â
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with international teamsÂ
- Positive, eager-to-learn attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environmentÂ
