Senior Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

• Support delivery of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and hardware implementation projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, risks, meetings, and project documentation.
• Work closely with engineers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

We are looking for candidates who has: 

Project Management Experience 

• 2–5 years of project coordination or junior project management experience. 
• Exposure to infrastructure, server, networking, or cloud implementation projects. 
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously. 

Project Management Best Practice 

• Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. 
• Support project tracking for scope, issues, risks, and timelines. 
• Maintain RAID logs, meeting minutes, and project reports. 

Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement 

• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stage 
• Tender response, SOW, project planning, project roadmaps, project effort estimation, project organization chart 
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills 
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive “C” level clients 
• The ideal candidate will project a professional image, demonstrating excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
