JOB DESCRIPTION
4.0Â Â Â Process
•   Complete assembly of automotive seating units
•   Develop proficiency in all production job functions and rotate in job cell into various work stations
•   Control processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
•   Maintain good housekeeping, safety, meet quality and efficiency standards
•   Restock work areas as needed to ensure proper work flow
•   Monitor production material quantities and report shortages
•   Ability to lift and/or carry 35 lbs. repeatedly
•    Complete, assembly of quality seating units
•    Walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, pull, push to move product through build process
•    Use of hand-held pneumatic tools
•    Operation of assembly fixtures
•    Housekeeping in and around work areas
•    Problem solving of work place issues
•    Quality inspections of work in progress
•    Work as part of a team to ensure on-time quality product to our customers (internal and external)
•    Incorporate safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facility
•    Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
•    Comply with company rules, policies, and practices
•    Understand Statistical Process Control and maintain charting as required
•    Authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear
