About the Role

Ready to lead projects that make a real impact? We're looking for an experiencedProject Manager to join our team in a permanent hybrid role based in Melbourne.

In this role, you'll lead complex business and technology projects, working across Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver successful outcomes, drive customer migrations and support key business initiatives.

We're looking for someone with a strong telco background who enjoys bringing people together, navigating complexity and turning strategy into action. If you're passionate about delivering great customer and business outcomes while working collaboratively across the organisation, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex, technology-enabled telco programs end to end, coordinating Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial and external partners to deliver seamless customer migrations and service launches.
• Bring strong telco domain knowledge and practical delivery leadership, with the ability to manage high-volume migrations, technical dependencies, operational readiness and transition into BAU.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to align project outcomes with strategic priorities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risks to keep delivery on track.
• Provide clear project updates, insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Support change, business readiness and smooth transitions into day-to-day operations.
• Maintain key project documentation and governance requirements.
• Continuously look for ways to improve project delivery, processes and ways of working.

• Experience delivering projects and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and keep projects moving forward.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
• Confidence managing timelines, budgets, risks and competing demands.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Experience supporting change initiatives and successful project implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or other project delivery approaches.
