​主要职责：

管理区域内整体业务表现，维护重点客户，完成区域销售任务 40%

开发并完善地区销售网络，管理经销商日常工作，完成目标经销商的培训 20%

建设及维护KOL群体，并针对性举办学术活动 20%

配合市场准入部门改善各地业务政策环境 10%

配合市场策略执行及市场活动安排 10%

要求：

行业服务年限：3-5年以上医疗耗材器械相关销售经验

相关的设备销售经验

经销商管理经验
