SVP/VP, Structuring Head

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury or Front Office Product Management.
• Proven track record in leading and launching new structured products.
• People management and team leadership experience is highly preferred.

Technical & Product Knowledge

• Degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of structured product payoffs across:
  • Equity Derivatives (EQD)
  • Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD)
  • Foreign Exchange Derivatives (FXD)
  • Structured Investment Products
• Familiarity with product governance, regulatory requirements, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Project & Systems Implementation

• Hands-on experience in front-office trading system implementation and enhancement projects.
• Ability to work effectively with Trading, IT, Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance, and Project Management teams.
• Experience in managing cross-functional and regional initiatives.

Programming & Automation Skills

• Strong automation mindset with practical programming skills.
• Proficiency in Excel Formula and VBA.
• Capable of translating business requirements into system enhancements and automation solutions.

Leadership Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently drive strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced front-office environment.
