About therole 

Wearelookingfor aBusinessControllertojoinourFinance team and support2 of thelargestregions in EEM:Poland &Ukraine andCzechRepublic & Slovakia. 

This is animportantrolewithinourFinancereorganization,strengtheningour BusinessControlcapabilitiesacross theregions. Thepositionwillprovidehigh-qualityfinancial and businesscontrolling supportwhileworking in a morecentralizedregionalsetup. 

Yourresponsibilities 

• Business partnering witha strongunderstanding of the businessdrivers, dependencies between key operational processes andperformancemetrics. 

• Acting as aFinance Business Partner to Service business line,providingactionableinsight and guiding commercial decisions toward profitable growth. 

• Go beyond standard actuals understanding towardforward looking business development to influence business stakeholders in decision-making covering pricing and productivity initiatives incl. contract profitability reviews 

• Cooperate with localcontrolling,ensuringaccuracy of controlling activities such as budgeting, on timeand quality month end closing, actual results reporting (e.g. Balance Sheet and P&Letc) incl. variance analysis and forecast preparation  

• Continues process improvement, tasks harmonization and simplification combined with tasksautomationincluding  

• Support strategic and long-term planning forservicebusiness. 

• Provide recommendations, training and coaching to the finance and business community on reporting and accounting matters 

• Initiate anddrive assign projects towardsetobjectives and achieving key results 

Aboutyou 

• 3-5+ years of relevant experienceinBusinessControlling, FP&A,Financeor asimilarrole. 

• Master's degree in finance or accounting, CIMA/ACCA qualification underway will be an asset. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of financial performance. 

• Self-motivated andresult-driven personality withproject management skills. 

• Ability to influence and drive improvement incl. effective communication iskey. 

• Ability tooperate infast changing and matrixenvironments. 

• Sound business acumen,demonstrating the ability to combine the key commercial and financial drivers with understanding of core business opportunities & limitations  

• Excellent knowledge of Excel isa must. Knowledge of SAP and related SAP BPC/OneStrea, or Power BI tool will be an asset. 

• Fluent command of English (verbal and written) isa must 

• Ambitious and open for future developmentBusiness Partnering mindsetand self-starter attitude 

• Keysoftskill: problem solving, analytical thinking, drive & energy to act, continuous improvement & collaboration. 

• Fluent English;knowledge ofPolish, Czech,SlovakorUkrainian is a plus.
