Salesforce & KBMax Solution Architect / Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-onSalesforce & KBMax Solution Architect/Developer to design, build, and support enterprise solutions across Salesforce, CPQ, and KBMax platforms. This role combines deep technical expertise with business process knowledge across Sales, Pricing, Commercial Operations, and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, development, integrations, and ongoing optimization of quoting and product configuration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, Platform Events, and APIs.
- Configure and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and related Salesforce products.
- Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Serve as the technical lead for KBMax configuration, product modeling, and quoting solutions.
- Develop and maintain configurators, pricing engines, approval workflows, product rules, and quote generation processes.
- Partner with Commercial Operations and Product teams to support configurable product offerings and CPQ initiatives.
- Design future-state CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions, including migration and integration strategies.
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce, KBMax, SAP, Xactly, customer portals, marketing platforms, Slack, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware integrations, and batch or real-time interfaces.
- Ensure data integrity, security, scalability, and overall system performance.
- Provide Level 2/3 application support and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Support release management, deployments, testing, and change control processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support procedures.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics supporting pipeline management, opportunity tracking, quote conversion, pricing analysis, customer insights, margin analysis, and commercial KPIs.
- Partner with BI teams to integrate Salesforce data with Tableau, Power BI, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or equivalent quoting platform experience.
- 3+ years of KBMax development and configuration experience preferred.
- Strong experience supporting sales, pricing, quoting, and customer-facing business processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce development technologies, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
