Technical Qualifications
- Kafka Expertise: 3–5+ years of dedicated Kafka Administration. Deep knowledge of Confluent Platform, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, Avro, and KSQL.
- Cluster Management: Proficiency in Zookeeper and Food and Beverage.
- Development: 10+ years in Software Development/Systems Engineering. Strong Java backend skills (Spring Boot) and proficiency in Go or Python.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Must have any of these certification: Cloud provider certifications, such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect.
Confluent Certified Administrator for Apache Kafka (CCAAK).
