Overview:1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'llprovide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted itemsfor our customers. We're hiringambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providingexceptional customer experiences.Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Team MemberCompany:1-800-GOT-JUNK? - ATLANTAPay: $22-$30/hr average($11/hr base + Profit Share + Tips)Job Type: Full-time What You Will Do:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Interact with customers and explain services/pricing
- Identify opportunities to increase sales
- Load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses
- Work alongside a fun, hardworking team
- Represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand professionally
- Overtime opportunities based on business needs
- Paid training
- Advancement opportunities into sales, leadership, and operations
- No experience in junk removal required!!
- Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid drivers license
- Must be 21 years old or above(Insurance)
