Junior Technical Product Owner (TPO) – Optimizely CMS

Location: Nashville/Atlanta

Experience: 3-5 Years

We are looking for aTechnical Product Owner (TPO) with strong experience in anyCMS and eCommerce platforms. This role requires adomain specialist who can translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, drive feature development, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define product vision, roadmap, andfeature prioritization aligned with business goals
2. Gather and translate business needs intouser stories, workflows, and detailed documentation
3. Own and manage theproduct backlog and sprint planning
4. Act as thebridge between business stakeholders and development teams
5. Drive delivery acrossCMS and eCommerce capabilities (content, catalog, checkout, orders etc.)
6. Ensurehigh-quality releases with clear acceptance criteria and minimal rework
7. Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
8. Collaborate with UX, engineering, and business teams for end-to-end delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of experience in: Product Ownership / Business Analysis / TPO roles and CMS & eCommerce driven projects
2. Strong hands-on experience with any CMS & eCommerceproducts
3. Familiarity with:
   1. .NET Core ecosystem (preferred)
   2. APIs and integrations
