Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Technical Manager to support day-to-day project execution and strengthen team leadership. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical workstreams, manage resource allocation, monitor project progress, and ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. This role will also serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and project leadership, helping drive timely delivery, issue resolution, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities across multiple technical workstreams.
- Manage resource allocation and task prioritization.
- Track project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership.
- Support project planning, reporting, and operational execution.
- Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Experience coordinating technical teams or IT projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and reporting.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
