Junior TA Operations Specialist

Based in Budapest in a hybrid work model, you will step into theJunior TA Operations Specialistrole to support our broader team across Europe. You will collaborate both in the office and remotely, working closely with colleagues across functions. You will be part of a team that values precision, reliability and a proactive approach to supporting recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling
• Update internal job boards and external postings
• Coordinate employee referral program for various locations
• Administrate Applicants Tracking System (maintenance of the candidate pipelines)
• Work with Excel Reports in order to keep candidates tracking
• Daily, close cooperation with Recruiters, Technical Interviewers, Team Leads and Managers
• Deal with third-party recruitment agencies
• Prepare ad-hoc reports
• Participate in improvement projects
• Assist in ad-hoc duties within the recruitment process

Requirements

• 6-12 months of experience in administration, but fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Working experience in scheduling various meetings and managing stakeholders’ calendars will be a huge plus
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
• Strong attention to details and mindset for continuous improvement
• Ability to manage time, priorities and projects
• University degree preferable

Nice to have

• Experience in IT recruitment will be an advantage
