Role Summary
Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.Key Responsibilities
- Support vast number of customers application platforms.
- Handling of customer incidents within defined SLA’sÂ
- Perform analysis on the incidents raised by the customer/internal Teams to resolve the reported issue.
- Customer Communication Management.
- React to situations as they arise and deal within prompt manner.
What will your environment be like?Â
- Multinational company with offices and customers all over the worldÂ
- It will be 8-hour shift. It would be mostly 9am -6pm shift, it can change as per the requirement.
- The commute to the office is mandatory.   Â
Job Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (equivalent of B2 FCE)Â
- Ability to work in shifts and stretch when needed.
- Basic Linux skills - navigation in OS using command line, basic knowledge of files, processes, rights, text editors
- Willingness to learn new things e.g Telecom - Packet core
- Agile and Proactive thinking.

- Mavenir’s Packet Core Product line e.g 4G and 5G products.
- Linux based operating system .
- Virtualization technology like K8, OSP.
- Wireshark – packet dissector
- Heat, JIRA, Confluence.
