Junior SAP Access Analyst

Our client is seeking a Junior SAP Access Analyst to manage identity and access provisioning within SAP environments. This role focuses on fulfilling access requests, assigning roles, and ensuring compliance with security and segregation of duties principles.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provision SAP access and manage role assignments for end users across SAP environments
• Fulfill access requests in a timely manner while applying Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices
• Enforce least privilege and segregation of duties principles in all access provisioning activities
• Administer role-based access control (RBAC) within the SAP authorization model
• Support SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) processes and documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and system administrators to validate access requirements
• Monitor and maintain SAP access records for audit and compliance purposes
• Troubleshoot access-related issues and escalate complex requests to senior team members

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP access provisioning, role management, or identity and access administration
• Strong knowledge of SAP authorization model, RBAC, and role assignment methodologies
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC or similar access management tools
• Demonstrated expertise in least privilege and segregation of duties concepts
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and best practices
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple access requests, and meet SLAs
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and compliance requirements
