We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our Global Experiential Marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning process from concept through completion, helping ensure our projects stay aligned with business goals and stakeholder expectations. You will assist in maintaining our project tracking and timelines as required. Reporting to the Project Manager / Operations Manager, you will play a supporting role in ensuring our high standard of event planning and execution is maintained on a global scale.
This position requires strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in marketing or event management is advantageous, but not required. Familiarity with project management tools like the Atlassian suite (specifically Jira) is a plus, and a willingness to learn these tools quickly is required.
As part of the role you will be collaborating with internal teams on event marketing and project planning activities. Excellent communication skills and understanding of the English language is required.
This is an office based position in our Berlin office; depending on the location of the right candidate, remote working in the UK or CEST timezone would be considered. As this is a global role some out of hours working will be required. This role would rarely require any travel.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in working in the Games, Tech or Software industry and be eager to build a career in project planning and delivery.
Please note this is not an events manager role and no event management or event planning is required.

- Project Support: Help coordinate our planning process from concept through completion, supporting alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support internal teams (creative, production, marketing) and external vendors to help ensure all elements of event projects are aligned and being followed. Assist in communicating process updates to stakeholders once agreed by the Project Manager / Operations Manager.
- Timeline Management: Assist in setting up and maintaining our detailed Jira project timeline (Event Roadmap) and help ensure it is updated correctly by event managers. Help keep our Event calendar up to date.
- Jira Management: Support use of Jira for task tracking, project planning, and issue resolution to help maintain project visibility across teams.
- Quality Control: Support consistent application of our processes on a global basis across stakeholders.
- Multitasking: Help manage multiple events simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Feedback & Competitive Analysis: Assist event managers in preparing feedback forms and competitive analysis reports, and support analysis of results and report preparation.
- Post-Event Support: Assist event managers in post-event debriefs, capturing notes, insights, and lessons learned to help optimize future event performance. Assist in preparing data-driven reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management support role.
- Exposure to global or large-scale event operations is an advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira) is beneficial. Google suite and standard Microsoft Office software is essential.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong administration skills and ability to update documents on a regular basis
- Developing understanding of project timelines and tracking
- Ability to support multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks
- Understands the need for timely information, able to meet deadlines and manage own workload
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail is essential
- Ability to help solve problems and support decision-making
- Willingness to learn and use tools such as Jira
- Ability to confidently communicate with vendors and internal teams
- Interest in the events/marketing field is beneficial
- Comfortable working with global teams in a culturally diverse company
