Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintainPower BI dashboards and reports for business and project performance tracking
• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• UsePython for data processing, analysis, and automation where applicable
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports
• Analyze cost, budget, manpower, labor hours, and performance data
• Support project and financial reporting, including actual vs. budget analysis and variance tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve manual processes throughautomation and data-driven solutions
• UseAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support data analysis, troubleshooting, research, and solution development
• Develop and maintain SharePoint-based data repositories and reporting solutions
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective reports and analytical solutions
• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc requests and business/project reviews
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Automation, or a related field
• Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis
• Strong working knowledge ofPower BI, including: Power Query DAX Data modeling Relationships Dashboard and report development
• Experience withSharePoint, particularly lists and data management
• Working knowledge ofPython for data analysis, manipulation, or automation
• Experience usingAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for productivity, troubleshooting, analysis, or solution development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withPower Apps and Power Automate
• Exposure to project controls, cost reporting, or financial analysis
• Familiarity withWBS, budget monitoring, variance analysis, and earned value concepts
• Experience working with large datasets or multiple data sources
• Interest in emerging technologies, AI, and automation
