Job Title:Junior Procurement Buyer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the identification, sourcing, and qualification of new suppliers in line with procurement requirements

• Assist with supplier selection, price comparisons, and commercial negotiations.

• Support the preparation of contract documentation and participate in contract negotiations under the guidance of senior buyers

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating supplier performance against quality, cost, delivery, and service requirements

• Maintain effective supplier relationships and coordinate day-to-day supplier communications

• Support the implementation and execution of procurement projects within the Carrier Network Business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and procurement processes

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to compare supplier quotations and assess costs

• Good communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment

Language requirements:

• Fluent inGermanand English skills (C1 – C2 mandatory)
