Junior HR Advisor with English and French

We are looking for a Junior HR Advisor fluent in English and French, responsible for delivery of advisory services for local population on selected European markets in the scope of basic country specific law regulations and the company policies and procedures.

This is a fully remote role based in Poland.

What you'll Do

• Maintain and organize the Policy Tech repository for your assigned EMEA countries, ensuring all documentation stays current, remains easily accessible, and is properly categorized for team use.
• Conduct thorough reviews of critical documents to verify compliance, accuracy, and alignment with our organizational standards across your designated country portfolio.
• Develop and maintain the EMEA HR Knowledge Library for your assigned countries, including:case logs and precedent records, operating manuals and procedural guidelines and templates and standardized forms
• Keep updates timely and ensure consistent alignment with our established organizational structure and formatting requirements.
• Support various HR Advisory processes for your designated countries, working alongside other team members to help deliver effective HR services.
• Spot opportunities to improve HR workflows and processes, then implement enhancements that boost efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Advisory, Payroll, or related functions
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand employment law and regulatory documentation
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback from colleagues
