Job Role:Junior GRC Developer (RSA Archer)

About the Role

CirrusLabs is looking for a motivatedJunior GRC Developer with foundational experience in theRSA Archer platform to support a leading banking client based inAtlanta, GA. This is acontract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term growth potential, ideal for candidates eager to build a career ingovernance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in thedevelopment, configuration, and maintenance of GRC solutions using theRSA Archer platform.
Support customization ofworkflows, applications, dashboards, and reports to meet risk and compliance requirements.
Collaborate withrisk, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into Archer configurations.
Help configure and maintain GRC modules aligned with regulatory frameworks such asSOX, FFIEC, NIST, and ISO.
Provideday-to-day technical support, issue resolution, and minor enhancements within the Archer environment.
Assist withuser access management, role-based permissions, and basic security configurations.
Supportdata uploads, migrations, and system updates under guidance from senior developers.
Maintaindocumentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related IT roles.
Hands-on exposure to RSA Archer (development, configuration, or administration).
Basic understanding ofrisk and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, etc.).
Familiarity withworkflows, forms, questionnaires, and reporting in GRC tools.
Basic knowledge ofSQL, scripting, or data handling concepts.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
Ability to work in aregulated environment and follow defined processes.

Nice to Have

Exposure tobanking or financial services environments.
Awareness ofGRC automation or integrations with security tools (SIEM/SOAR).
Entry-level or in-progress certifications such as:
- RSA Archer Certified Associate / Administrator (or training exposure)
- GRC Professional (GRCP)
Understanding ofIT risk, audit, or compliance reporting concepts.
